Refund & Return Policy

At Swag Tails we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened litter, perishable goods, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
