Returns — The 30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee
If you — or they — don't love it, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No interrogation.
How it works
- Email [support@swagtails.store] with your order number. Telling us what didn't work is optional — but it helps us get better.
- We'll send [a prepaid return label — decide before launch: prepaid labels are the premium standard, or switch this line to customer-paid returns] within 1 business day.
- Your refund lands on your original payment method within [5–7] business days of the return scanning in.
The fine print, minus the fine print
- Items should come back in reasonably clean, resalable condition. Normal "my dog tested it" wear is fine.
- Opened supplements: if the jar is more than half full, we'll still take it back. Their health shouldn't be a gamble.
- Damaged or defective on arrival? Skip the return entirely — send us a photo and we'll replace or refund immediately.
- Wrong size or color? The fastest fix is a return plus a fresh order — we'll prioritize your refund.
