Waiting is torture when it's for them. Here's exactly how we get your order moving.

Processing

Orders are packed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.

Delivery (U.S.)

Estimated 7–15 business days after processing. These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers, weather, and peak seasons all have opinions.

Shipping cost

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $70 or more. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Carriers often take a few days to scan a package in, so a quiet tracking link in the first days is normal. If it hasn't updated in 10 business days, reach out and a human will chase it down.

Multiple packages

Some items ship from different fulfillment partners, so a multi-item order may arrive in stages — at no extra cost to you.

Need to fix an address?

Email nationsshelly.sn@gmail.com as soon as you can. If it hasn't been packed yet, we'll almost always catch it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, we'll replace it or refund you — no forms, no fights. That's part of the Happy-Pet Guarantee.
