Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Some of our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Multiple Shipments
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes charged by their local authorities.
